“Beloved, think is not strange concerning the trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened to you. But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ’s sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy.” I Peter 4:12,13.
“Fear thou not: for I am with you: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.” Isaiah 41:10.
“I will not leave you comfortless; I will come to you.” John 14:18.
“Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction and faithful in prayer…” Romans 12:12.
Beloved, these scriptures should find a place in your hurting and depressed heart. Remember “When you reach the end of your rope, you will find the hem of His garment.”
